When I reboot my MX808 it runs through its normal start up then after selecting daig or hot functions, it lets me select a make but then a message comes up that states "all data has been lost, this tool will restart in 5,4,3,..etc and it continues to happen each time its reset. -

Hi, you probably did a factory reset and lost all your data by mistake ,now you need to
download all the new information and maybe you need to buy his from autel as normal
on yearly bases,you can find information on your device for new updates.
